Reporting a bug

The most useful thing you can send us is what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus your browser and its version. Please do not attach the PDF that caused the problem: we would rather not receive your documents at all, which is rather the whole point of PDFLight. A description is enough.

Privacy questions

Everything we do with data — which is very close to nothing — is written down in the privacy policy. If something there is unclear, ask and we will make it clearer.

Response time

PDFLight is a small project. We read everything and usually reply within a few days.
